My Story
I am Tatjana Scheel, a WELL-BEING COACH, trained at CHOPRA where I received an extremely enriching scholarship to become a MEDITATION Teacher. I was also trained at EVOLVIA, a coaching institute in Reykjavik, Iceland, according to the guidelines of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I’m also a WRITER (of films, TV series, novels and poetry),
a mother, daughter, wife, sister, friend, passionate dancer, traveler, adventurer and of course a field of infinite possibilities.
I LOVE MY MIND, BUT
I used to hate it. Why? Because it was my biggest enemy. The reason for over a decade of depression. On the surface, I had everything, but I still felt like
a prisoner. A prisoner of my conditioned mind. Therapy only helped to
a limited extent, because we were preoccupied with the past most of the time, which almost increased my negativity. What helped me, however,
was meditation and all kinds of embodiment techniques – whatever supported me to GET BACK INTO THE PRESENT MOMENT.
This is why I incorporate MEDITATION, DANCE and SHADOW WORK
into my wellbeing coaching.
At some point of my healing journey I realized that my suffering was actually created by my own mind, and that I had to make friends with this mind.
To not only accept it, but to embrace it and make it my strongest ally. How?
By facing my fears, becoming the OBSERVER and
WALKING STRAIGHT THROUGH THE FIRE.
My Approach
Coaching is not so much about giving advise to people, but more about active listening, giving space, following my intuition and asking the right questions which help the clients to find their own answers. It's about empowering them, mirroring them, so that they can recognize how much potential they actually have, then they start to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN EXPERIENCES. Where they begin to expand and BECOME THEIR OWN HEALERS. It’s less about optimizing yourself and more about UNLEARNING and DISIDENTIFYING from limiting beliefs. My overriding goal is to support you in freeing yourself from conditioned behavior, overcome your "poverty consciousness" and find INNER SECURITY.
